Welcome to Joblr.ai (“Joblr”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an AI-powered career platform operated by BNB Studios FZE LLC, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using Joblr.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the Joblr.ai website, applications, and all related services.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
  • “AI Features” refers to all artificial intelligence-powered tools including but not limited to resume building, cover letter generation, job matching, interview preparation, and career coaching.
  • “Content” refers to all text, data, information, and materials you submit to or generate through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Joblr, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a limited free trial period with restricted features.

4.2 Paid Plans

Pro and Career Agent plans are available on a monthly subscription basis.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Prices are listed in USD and may be displayed in other currencies for convenience.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

4.5 Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. Refunds are processed at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Nature of AI Output

Joblr uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes, cover letters, interview preparation materials, and career advice. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and starting points only.

5.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific employment outcome.

5.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any job application. You should not submit any AI-generated content without first reviewing it for accuracy.

5.4 Accuracy

While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

6. User Content and Data

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all personal data, resumes, and information you provide to the Service.

6.2 License

By uploading content to Joblr, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.3 Job Applications

When you use Joblr to send applications via email, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf to the designated recipients. Replies will be directed to your personal email address.

6.4 Data Accuracy

You represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in job applications
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to spam employers or send mass unsolicited applications
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, AI models, logos, and trademarks, is owned by BNB Studios FZE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial job-seeking purposes.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Job Listings

Job listings displayed on Joblr are aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.

9.2 External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party sites.

9.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your use of payment services is subject to Stripe's terms of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BNB Studios FZE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 We are not liable for any employment decisions made by third-party employers, any loss of employment opportunities, or any damages resulting from job application outcomes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

12.3 Effect

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 30 days of account termination unless retention is required by law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Ajman, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
