  • Generate AI-powered resumes, cover letters, and career recommendations

  • Send job applications on your behalf (when you use the email apply feature)

3. AI Data Processing

3.1 Your data is processed by AI models to generate personalized career content. This includes sending your profile information and job descriptions to AI service providers (Anthropic) for content generation.

3.2 AI-generated outputs are based on your input data and publicly available job market information.

3.3 We do not use your personal data to train AI models.

3.4 You can request deletion of all AI-generated content at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • AI Service Providers (Anthropic) — for content generation
  • Payment Processors (Stripe) — for payment processing
  • Email Service Providers (Resend) — for sending job applications on your behalf
  • Hosting Providers (Vercel, Supabase) — for service infrastructure
  • Employers — only when you explicitly choose to apply to a job through our platform
  • Law Enforcement — when required by applicable law

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Encryption of data at rest
  • Secure authentication via Supabase Auth
  • Regular security assessments
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data

  • Active accounts: We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
  • Deleted accounts: We delete your personal data within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Application records: Retained for 12 months after the application date for your reference.
